The Health Resources and Services Administration earlier this year said it would give providers a grace period because they are facing challenges with the latest COVID-19 surge and natural disasters.

The deadline to report the data was Sept. 30, but the agency said it would hold off on enforcement actions from Oct. 1 to Nov. 30.

The initial round of reporting applies to providers that received more than $10,000 in funding between April 30, 2020, and June 30, 2020.
