2. Envision Healthcare (Greenwood Village, Colo.): owns 34 ASCs in Florida
3. HCA Healthcare (Nashville, Tenn): owns 43 hospitals in Florida
4. Surgery Partners (Nashville, Tenn): owns 22 ASCs and 28 physician practices in Florida
5. Tenet Healthcare (Dallas): owns 10 hospitals and 17 ambulatory surgical centers in Florida
