PatientPay launches billing management solution for RCM vendors

PatientPay has launched a new revenue cycle management solution to help RCM vendors  transition to a paperless patient billing model.

PatientPay’s RCM Connect enables RCM vendors to facilitate an entirely digital billing experience for their client’s patients through PatientPay’s software.

By switching to a paperless billing model, PatientPay officials believe vendor organizations may reduce operational costs associated with paper, stamps and labor, as well as improve the patient billing experience by including an Explanation of Benefits with patient bills.

“Most RCMs feel certain they’ve squeezed every penny of efficiency out of their current traditional patient billing solution,” said PatientPay CEO Tom Furr. “However, since they’re still sending paper statements the time to collect payment is taking longer, expenses are growing and profit margins are being impacted negatively by doing so.”
