Clearwave provides a patient self check-in system, a cloud-based self-service technology that runs on the Posiflex XT-series of touch screen terminals.
Clearwave touted its self-serve medical check-in system, saying it improves workflow, streamlines the check-in process and increases patient engagement as a result of its implementation. They also noted improved patient satisfaction as one of the additional benefits. According to Clearwave, patient check-in registration times were reduced to three minutes for clients using its system.
The company said it chose Posiflex as its hardware provider due to the terminals’ “reliability, durability and capacity to withstand the ongoing rigors of a busy medical facility.”
Both companies will showcase their solutions at HIMSS Annual Conference & Exhibition in Las Vegas.
