Pamplona Capital Management has completed the sale of MedAssets' spend and clinical resource management segment.
Pamplona sold the segment to Vizient, a member-owned healthcare company. The transaction is the final step in Pamplona's plan to combine MedAssets' revenue cycle management segment with Precyse. Precyse is a health information company already owned by Pamplona.
