While the hospital saw its gross patient revenues increase by about $2.18 million from 2014 to 2015, OCH recorded higher expenses. The hospital reported a year-over-year $0.9 million increase in expenses from 2014 to 2015. The hospital largely attributed the expenses to employee salaries and purchased services.

Mark Bunch, OCH finance manager, told Columbia Basin Herald the hospital is seeking different options to increase revenue, including telemedicine services.
