The Cayuga County Industry Development Agency will hold a public hearing this week to hear from residents.

Park Grove Realty is the developer of the project and created a subsidiary, PG Auburn MOB, to carry out the 12,000-square-foot project.

The hospital will be responsible for property taxes and has requested a $360,000 construction materials exemption and a $82,500 mortgage recording tax exemption. The proposal also includes a reduced appraisal value, resulting in an additional $3.79 million in tax savings over 15 years.
