In an effort to prepare providers for EMR transitions, RelayHealth Financial has developed an EMR-revenue cycle education portal to help providers successfully manage revenue cycle during EMR moves.
The EMR-Revenue Cycle Interop Portal includes case studies, articles and other educational resources to help hospitals and providers stay attentive to RCM processes during EMR transitions.
"As providers focus ahead on the path to value, the need to optimize revenue cycle performance — especially when undergoing increasingly common and potentially disruptive EMR migrations — and work effectively with payers is more important than ever before," said Jane Cutcliff, vice president and general manager of patient access solutions with RelayHealth Financial.
RelayHealth plans to debut the information portal at HIMSS next week.
