1. F-Prime Capital was the only institutional investor in the Series A financing.
2. Kerry Martin, president and CEO of VitalWare, spoke positively of the funding, saying it “helps us [the company] to continue investing in future technology, sales and marketing and talent to provide the best healthcare revenue cycle solutions available in the industry.”
3. The amount of funding was not disclosed.
4. Following the investment, F-Prime partners Jon Lim and Carl Byers have joined the VitalWare board of directors.
