Moody’s withdraws rating on Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare’s debt

Moody’s Investors Service withdrew its rating on Elmhurst (Ill.) Memorial Healthcare’s debt.

The ratings agency withdrew the rating for “its own business reasons,” according to Moody’s.

Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare merged with Naperville, Ill.-based Edward Health Services in 2013. Moody’s did not comment on the merged entity’s rating.
