According to a news release, Pam Davis will serve as CEO of the new system. Mary Lou Mastro, RN, formerly CEO of Edward’s Linden Oaks behavioral health hospital, has been named president and CEO of the Elmhurst facilities. Ron Schubel is the new chairman of the merged system’s board of trustees.
The three-hospital system, yet to be renamed, totals about $1 billion in combined annual revenues and employs nearly 7,700 workers, including more than 1,680 physicians.
