The outlook revision reflects Moody’s Investors Service’s expectation that Yavapai will continue to generate strong cash flow.

Moody’s also assigned a “Baa1” rating to Yavapai’s $43.8 million of series 2016 bonds.

The rating assignment is attributed to Yavapai’s track record of strong cash flow generation and solid market share as the only acute care hospital in its primary service area.
