Moody’s assigns ‘Aa2’ rating to Cleveland Clinic Health System

 
Moody’s Investors Service has assigned an “Aa2” rating to the Cleveland Clinic Health System’s Series 2019A, Series 2019B and Series 2019C hospital revenue bonds, affecting $2.8 billion of debt.

The rating reflects the system’s strength as an international brand, which allows it to grow revenue outside the northeast Ohio market.

The rating outlook is stable.
