The rating affirmation is based on several factors, including HMHD’s leading market position as the only inpatient provider in HuntCounty and its improved operating performance in fiscal year 2015.

The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody’s expectation that HMHD’s fiscal year 2016 results will be consistent with its fiscal year 2015 performance.
