Moody’s affirms CentraState Medical Center’s ‘Baa1’ rating

Moody’s Investors Service has affirmed Freehold, N.J.-based CentraState Medical Center’s “Baa1” rating, affecting $39 million of outstanding debt.

The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including CentraState’s improved financial performance in fiscal year 2015, increased volumes and leading market position.

The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody’s Investors Service’s expectation that CentraState’s financial performance will remain steady and its liquidity will stay at current levels.
