Mayo Clinic affiliated hospital signs end-to-end RCM, EHR system

Pikeville (Ky.) Medical Center, part of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, has chosen OpenVista for its end-to-end patient access, revenue cycle management and EHR systems.

OpenVista InsightCS is a product of Stockell Healthcare Systems. Pikeville Medical will make use of the system’s complete product suite, from patient registration and scheduling solutions to denial tracking and contract management.

Pikeville Medical Center will also implement Medsphere’s OpenVista EHR in a move to establish a fully interoperable, enterprise health IT platform across its various care locations.

Pikeville Medical manages 261-beds, seven outpatient facilities and a level II trauma center.
