Revenue cycle management company Knowtion Health has acquired Switch RCM and plans to launch an innovation lab.
Switch RCM uncovers and resolves overlooked reimbursement opportunities through intelligent automation and data-driven innovation, according to a June 23 Knowtion news release.
“With this acquisition, we are launching an innovation lab that will harness the power of our combined data, engineering talent, and reimbursement expertise to uncover emerging insights and trends, accelerate solution development and deliver greater impact for providers,” Knowtion CEO Jayson Yardley said in the news release.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
