The company said it will instead refocus its business on revenue cycle management consulting for private medical practices.
The Kell Group founder and CEO, Donna Kell, will assume a revenue cycle leadership position for Partners in Nephrology & Endocrinology.
“Several opportunities emerged in a short span,” said Ms. Kell. “So, it made sense to act on them in the most strategic manner possible while keeping the interests of our long-time employees and clients in mind.”
The firm has transferred its medical billing clients to Healthcare Support Technologies. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
