Here are four things to know about the acquisition.
1. With this acquisition, iHealth adds DNAH’s proprietary technology to its portfolio, as well as major hospitals and medical clinics across the East Coast to its customer base.
2. The new company is operating under the name of iHealth.
3. iHealth CEO Venkat Sharma will head the combined companies and Sreeram Mantha, formerly CEO of DNAH, will serve as COO.
4. The current iHealth management team will lead iHealth, supported by DNAH’s global operations.
