Fitch upgrades Rush University Medical Center rating to ‘AA-‘

Fitch Ratings upgraded its rating for Chicago-based Rush University Medical Center from “A+” to “AA-,” and assigned an “AA-” issuer default rating.

The ratings reflect Rush’s continued liquidity growth, strong financial profile assessment and mid-range revenue defensibility.

The rating outlook has been revised from positive to stable.
