The outlook revision is based on a number of factors, including increasing capital expenditures and a declining liquidity cushion.
Fitch also affirmed the “A-” rating on SouthNassauCommunitiesHospital’s $84.2 million of series 2012 bonds. The rating affirmation is based on South Nassau’s manageable debt burden.
