Fitch revises Nanticoke Health Services’ outlook to stable

Fitch Ratings has revised Seaford, Del.-based Nanticoke Health Services’ outlook to stable from positive.

The rating revision is based on several factors, including Nanticoke’s weakened financial performance and heightened capital spending.

Fitch also affirmed the “BBB-” rating on Nanticoke’s series 2013 revenue bonds, affecting $44.1 million.
