Fitch revises Lawrence + Memorial Hospital’s outlook to negative from stable

Fitch Ratings has revised the outlook on New London, Conn.-based Lawrence + Memorial Hospital to negative from stable.

Fitch also downgraded the rating to “A-” from “A” on LMH’s $47.9 million of series F bonds.

The downgrade is based on several factors, including LMH’s continued operating losses.
