Fitch assigns ‘BB+/RR1’ rating to HCA’s senior secured notes

Fitch Ratings has assigned a “BB+/RR1” rating to Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA’s senior secured notes, affecting approximately $31.5 billion of debt outstanding as of June 30, 2016.

The outlook is stable.
