Fitch assigns ‘A+’ rating to Premier Health Partners’ bonds

Fitch Ratings has assigned an “A+” rating to Dayton, Ohio-based Premier Health Partners’ following bonds:

  • $28.98 million of series 2016C bonds
  • $27.1 million of series 2016D bonds
  • $42.7 million of series 2016E bonds
  • $42.7 million of series 2016F bonds

The rating assignment is based on a number of factors, including Premier Health’s solid operating profitability, strong market position and good liquidity.

The outlook is stable.
