Concurrently, Fitch affirmed its “A+” rating on approximately $532 million of Phoenix Children’s outstanding debt.

The assignment and affirmation are a result of several factors, including Phoenix Children’s favorable market position, limited capital needs, strong cash flow and healthy operating margins.

The outlook is stable.
