Fitch affirms Stanford Health Care’s ‘AA,’ ‘AA/F1+’ ratings

Fitch Ratings has affirmed the “AA” rating on Stanford (Calif.) Health Care’s outstanding debt and the “AA/F1+” ratings on bonds supported by SHC’s self-liquidity.

The rating affirmations are based on a number of factors, including SHC’s solid financial profile, excellent clinical and research reputation and relationship with “AAA”-rated Stanford (Calif.) University.

The outlook is stable.
