Fitch affirms Presence Health Network’s ‘BBB’ rating

Fitch Ratings has affirmed the “BBB” rating on Chicago-based Presence Health Network’s $970 million of series 2016C revenue bonds.

The rating affirmation is based on several factors, including Fitch’s belief that Presence will begin producing better than breakeven operating margin by fiscal year 2017.

The outlook is negative.
