Fitch affirms Orange Regional Medical Center’s ‘BB+’ rating

Fitch Ratings has affirmed the “BB+” rating on Middletown, N.Y.-based Orange Regional Medical Center’s following bonds:

  • $66.1 million of series 2015 bonds
  • $238.8 million of series 2008 bonds

The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including ORMC’s improved operations and its near-completion of a new medical office building and cancer center.

The outlook is stable.
