The “A1” rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including the Authority’s leading market position, improved operating performance and solid balance sheet.
The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody’s Investors Service’s expectation that given its leading market share and focus on performance improvement, the Authority’s cash flow generation will remain strong.
Moody’s also affirmed the Authority’s “P-1” rating on $200 million.
