Fitch affirms Kings’ Daughters’ Health’s ‘BBB+’ rating

Fitch Ratings has affirmed the “BBB+” rating on Madison, Ind.-based King’s Daughters’ Health’s $95.3 million of series 2010 hospital revenue bonds.

The rating affirmation is based on several factors, including KDH’s solid operating results, limited service area competition and robust liquidity.

The outlook is stable.
