Fitch affirms Essentia Health’s ‘A’ rating

Fitch Ratings affirmed the “A” rating on Duluth, Minn.-based Essentia Health’s $274.3 million of outstanding debt.

The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including the health system’s manageable debt level, consistent operating performance and steady balance sheet.

The outlook is stable.
