Fitch affirms ‘BBB+’ on Peterson Regional Medical Center

Fitch Ratings affirmed its “BBB+” rating on Kerrvile, Texas-based Peterson Regional Medical Center’s series 2015 revenue bonds, affecting $51.2 million of debt.

The affirmation is a result of several factors, including the medical center’s dominant market position, stable operating performance, strong liquidity metrics and manageable debt burden.

The outlook was revised to positive from stable, reflecting the medical center’s improved and stable financial profile.
