Fitch affirms ‘BB’ rating for HCA Healthcare

Fitch Ratings affirmed its “BB” rating for Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, affecting $33.3 billion of debt.

The rating reflects HCA’s industry-leading operating margins for for-profit hospitals and improved financial flexibility thanks to organic growth and management of capital structure.

The rating outlook is stable.
