Fitch Ratings has affirmed the "AA-" rating on York, Pa.-based WellSpan Health's following bonds:
- $211.1 million of series 2014A fixed rate bonds
- $67.7 million of series 2008A fixed rate bonds
The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including WellSpan's expanding regional presence and solid profitability.
The outlook is stable.
