Fitch affirms ‘A-‘ rating on Redlands Community Hospital

Fitch Ratings affirmed its “A-” rating on Redlands (Calif.) Community Hospital’s series 2016 revenue bonds.

Concurrently, Fitch assigned its “A-” issuer default rating to RCH.

The rating assignment and affirmation are based on several positive and negative factors, including RCH’s leading market position in a competitive service area, strong leverage metrics, adequate cost management abilities and high capital needs.

The outlook is stable.
