The bonuses will be given out in two steps. Those who currently participate in the incentive program will receive half of their bonus this month and the remaining half in July 2015, according to the report.

In addition to the $1.7 million in manager bonuses, Erlanger Health’s board of trustees approved a 10 percent pay raise next year for Erlanger Health CEO Kevin Spiegel and a 2 percent non-budgeted pay raise for hospital employees.

In his report to Erlanger associates, Mr. Spiegel said eligible regular associates will receive a 2 percent pay increase in January, and eligible nursing associates will receive Phase 2 of a two-step raise in July 2015.
