Elavon’s electronic One Bill solution generates a single bill for patients receiving multiple services during a visit or with several visits during the same billing cycle. The service works across a health system, and also allows families to pay for balances across a household.
“One Bill makes it quick and easy for patients to pay, so it increases the likelihood of payment for providers,” Jana Franks, senior vice president and general manager for Elavon’s healthcare business, said.
The service is available through the company’s Payment Navigator platform, which is powered by InstaMed.
