EHR company CPSI to acquire Healthland Holding for $250M

Computer Programs & Systems, an EHR developer focused on rural, community and critical access hospitals, has acquired Healthland Holding and its affiliates.

The total transaction price will be $250 million.

Healthland Holding’s affiliates include Healthland, American HealthTech and Rycan Technologies. Healthland providers EHR and clinical information solutions. HealthTech offers clinical and financial solutions for the post-acute care setting. Rycan provides SaaS-based revenue cycle management workflow and automation software.
