The bonds, which were approved this week by the Jasper County Commission, will be used to renovate a former warehouse building in Webb City to be used for medical offices, according to the report.
Ultimately, the former warehouse building is set to house Freeman’s Urgent Care, which is currently in rented space, as well as primary care offices and a dialysis unit.
The funding comes via a loan from Commerce Bank, according to the report.
