Change Healthcare adds to software platform, nThrive launches RCM products & more — 9 RCM keynotes

Here are nine recent news updates on key healthcare revenue cycle management companies.

1. Change Healthcare added patient access functionalities to its software platform.  

2. AccuReg opened its newest office in Franklin, Tenn.

3. nThrive, created by the integration of MedAssets-Precyse and Equation, launched a suite of products to help providers maximize point-of-service collections, reduce denials and implement new reimbursement models.

4. Orbograph implemented its technology in more than 100 hospitals in less than six months with support for more than 30 practice management software/hospital information system integrations. Another approximately 100 physician groups and durable medical equipment companies were also added.

5. Connance unveiled new and expanded components to its revenue cycle analytics suite.

6. Deloitte introduced a suite of solutions aimed at helping healthcare organization administrators manage and improve financial and operational efficiencies.

7. McKesson Health Solutions' revenue cycle management arm, RelayHealth Financial, introduced a new tool to help healthcare organizations more easily track, create and file appeals for denied claims.

8. Payspan advanced its partnership with financial institutions to help its healthcare clients manage patient payment transactions.

9. StrataJazz financial analytics and performance platform from Strata Decision Technology achieved the "Peer Reviewed by HFMA" designation for the second time.
