RelayAssurance Appeals Assist aims to automate and simplify the claims appeals process, which typically involves time-intensive manual work. The solution flags denied claims, identifies the particular appeal required, provides the necessary form and then tracks the appeals progress within one integrated workflow.

The tool features the following components:

  • A Medicare appeals form library complete with templates and letters to simplify the appeals submission process.
  • A dashboard to visually track the status of appeals.
  • The ability to integrate both RelayHealth Financial’s claims tracking and appeals tracking workflows.
