Dawn Javersack has served as vice president and CFO of the 400-bed Boca Raton (Fla.) Regional Hospital since April 2010.
Before Ms. Javersack joined, BRRH was struggling with major financial challenges. Since she started, the hospital's credit outlook has improved from negative to stable and remained at an investment-grade level with improved cash flow and liquidity.
Prior roles Ms. Javersack filled include senior vice president and CFO of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health and CFO of Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was also vice president of finance for Natrona Heights, Pa.-based West Penn Allegheny Health System for nearly 20 years.
