Centra purchased Panoramic for $447,000. Through the purchase, Centra seeks to improve the healthcare experience of Lynchburg residents and decrease healthcare costs by offering employer wellness programs, according to a news release.
“The program benefits will be far reaching,” said E.W Tibbs, president and CEO of Centra, in the release. “Individually employees across the region will improve their health while employers will reduce their overall healthcare expenses. Collectively, the community will benefit by achieving better health for the residents of this region.”
