Here are four things to know.
1. Cleveland-based Human Arc works with providers and payers to identify individuals who may be eligible for government-sponsored health coverage or subsidies and help them through enrollment processes, according to a news release.
2. The combined firm will provide services extending to more than 20 million Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries in 2017, through more than 650 employees across six regional offices, the release states.
3. Centauri Health Solutions CEO Adam Miller will head the combined firm, while Human Arc CEO Michael Baird will serve as vice chairman of the Centauri Advisory Board.
4. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
