Here are three notes.
1. Mr. Novak will manage CareCloud’s strategic relationship with First Data, an Atlanta-based company that provides healthcare payments solutions and other offerings, as well as its partners, according to a news release. In October, both organizations together launched Breeze, a new platform to help healthcare practices manage patient experience.
2. Mr. Novak is an IT industry veteran, most recently working at Presidio Networked Solutions Group.
3. Prior to joining CareCloud, Mr. Novak also worked at General Electric, Hewlett-Packard Financial Services and Cisco Systems.
