Hospitals that participate submit a copy of their 2010 IRS Form 990 Schedule H and will receive a report summarizing Schedule H responses of similar hospitals. Information will be used to help AHA advocate for Schedule H changes, and no hospital identifying information will be released with the summary reports.
To participate, hospitals can upload their Schedule H form through a secure website hosted by Ernst & Young.
