From May 27 to June 28, the company collected responses from nearly 400 chief financial officers and revenue cycle leaders at health systems across the U.S.
The survey also found that 37 percent of health systems currently not using RCM automation plan to do so in 2021 or 2022.
“Instead of identifying dozens of small, discrete use cases and never getting past the first few due to high setup and maintenance costs, leaders should consider solutions that can be deployed rapidly with minimal disruption,” company CEO Malinka Walaliyadde said in a news release. “The goal is foundational, end-to-end automation for entire functions, driving giant leaps in efficiency.”
