The following hospital and health system rating and outlook changes and affirmations took place during the past week, starting with the most recent.

1. Conway Medical Center's 'A3' rating is affirmed by Moody's
The "A3" rating assigned to Conway (S.C.) Medical Center's bonds was affirmed by Moody's Investors Service.

2. Moody's revises Butler Health System's outlook to positive
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Baa1" long-term rating assigned to $76 million of outstanding bonds issued on behalf of Butler (Pa.) Health System by the Butler County Hospital Authority.

3. Moody's assigns 'Baa2' rating to Cooper Health System's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned a "Baa2" rating to Camden, N.J.-based Cooper Health System's $150 million of series 2014A revenue refunding bonds.

4. Moody's assigns 'A1' rating to CentraCare Health System's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned an "A1" rating to St. Cloud, Minn.-based CentraCare Health System's $42.19 million of series 2014B bonds.

5. Moody's affirms Allina Health System's 'Aa3' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Aa3" rating assigned to $618 million of outstanding bonds issued on behalf of Minneapolis-based Allina Health System.

6. Fitch affirms 'BBB-' rating on Norman Regional Hospital's bonds
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "BBB-" rating on 337-bed Norman (Okla.) Regional Hospital's series 2007, 2005, 2002 and 1996B bonds.
