Here are four things to know about Ascension’s new finance chief, who will serve as co-CFO with Ms. Foshage through September:
1. Starting in March 2023, Mr. Tripathi served as a managing partner at ST Ventures & Investments, a venture capital firm focused on providing seed capital funding to early-stage startups and financial expertise.
2. From March 2019 to February 2023, Mr. Tripathi served as executive vice president and CFO at Pittsburgh-based Highmark Health.
3. Before joining Highmark, he served as senior vice president and CFO of Fresenius Kidney Care, a dialysis services organization.
4. Mr. Tripathi held multiple executive positions at GE HealthCare, including as head of global financial planning and analysis and CFO of the global surgery business.
